In January 2026, our Few & Far Export Sales team launched our game-changing sous vide range at the 51st Gulfood, the world’s leading food and beverage event in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For the very first time we introduced our sous vide range to the global market, this range is made using advanced sous vide technology that delivers unmatched consistency, tenderness and flavour at scale. With meat and poultry showcased across two major venues, Gulfood 2026 provided an important platform to connect with foodservice distributors, importers, chefs and QSR partners across the Middle East, North Africa, China and South-East Asia.

Throughout the week at Gulfood, Luke Forbes and Tom Finch from our Few & Far Food Professionals team introduced our new range of sous vide products and chargrilled sous vide meats designed to deliver premium protein solutions with maximum kitchen efficiency. Developed specifically for commercial kitchens, these ready-to-serve proteins are gamechangers for back-of-house. Specifically, they help reduce labour costs, streamline preparation and ensure consistent portion control without compromising on flavour or quality. Feedback from customers has highlighted the value of labour-saving kitchen products that maintain a premium finish.

The chargrilled sous vide range features chicken breast, beef steak, meatballs and 100% beef burgers. Each product is cooked using precision sous vide technology, delivering tender texture, delicate caramelisation and a subtle smoky flavour.

The sous vide range also includes brisket, short rib, diced beef and lamb shanks. These sous vide meats provide reliable, high-quality menu solutions that minimise preparation time while delivering premium sous vide beef and lamb across a variety of applications.
