Beef Strip Fajitas

Ingredients

Seasoning

1tsp Smoked Paprika
1tsp Ground Cumin
1tsp Chilli flakes (optional)
1tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp salt
tsp Ground Black Pepper
1tsp Corn Starch

Filling

600g Few & Far Premium Beef Strips
½ yellow cap
½ red cap
1 small red onion

For serving

Grated cheddar
Tortillas
Jalapenos (optional)

Method

  1. Add seasoning and beef strips into a bowl and mix well
  2. Add strips and combine until evenly covered and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
  3. Sliced your red onion and capsicum thinly.
  4. Remove the beef from the fridge and fry it in a heavy-based frypan on high for 3-4 minutes or until it is cooked.
  5. Remove from the pan and allow to rest for a couple of minutes.
  6. In the same frypan, fry off your capsicum and red onion
  7. Serve with warm tortillas and top with cheese and jalapenos
  8. Enjoy!
