The Ultimate Classic Burger

Ingredients: 

Few & Far 100% Beef Burger 
Iceberg lettuce, finely chopped or shredded  
Ripe tomato, thinly sliced 
Cheese Singles 
Pickles, sliced 
Salt and pepper 
Mustard or your chosen burger sauce 

Burger Sauce: 

1 tbsp Mustard 
3/4 cup whole egg mayonnaise
2 tsp gherkin/pickle juice
3-4 tbsp Tomato sauce/ketchup

Cooking Instructions 

  1. To open, simply find your easy peel corner and peel it back.
  2. These burger patties are 100% beef, so you need to season this like you would a steak.
  3. Lightly drizzle with vegetable oil and salt. Optionally, ground black pepper.
  4. Place on a hot grill or frypan cook using the 3-4-1 Method.
  5. Cook it one side for three minutes, flip it and cook it for four minutes on the other side. Flip it one last time and cook it again on the first side for one more minute.
  6. That last minute is a great opportunity to melt some cheese onto your burger.
  7. Just like a steak we recommend you rest these for two minutes.
  8. To make your burger sauce, mix all the ingredients together and spread it onto your buns. Now, build your burger the way you like it!
