And who better to kick things off than Ali Chebbani, or as you probably know him, Chebbo! The smash burger legend behind Sydney’s cult favourite, Chebbo’s Burgers.
From Driveway to Cult Status
Chebbo’s story is as bold as his flavours. What started as a covid lockdown driveway experiment quickly grew into one of Sydney’s most talked about burger joints. His uncompromising approach to quality and flavour makes him the perfect partner for our In Good Company series.
A Proper Aussie Burger, Chebbo-Style
When it comes to building the ultimate burger, Chebbo doesn’t hold back. Think crispy-edged smashed patties, rich yolk, sweet pineapple, beetroot, onion and all the good stuff. It’s messy, nostalgic and unapologetically Aussie.
As part of our visit to Chebbo’s Burgers, we stepped into the kitchen to see how he layers it all together, starring our premium Smashed Burger Patties as the hero of his Aussie Burger with the Lot. Chebbo shared his love for the Few & Far burger patties with consistency being a key benefit ‘I know what I’m getting every single time, week in and week out’ shared Chebbo, he also didn’t hold back on sharing enthusiasm about the quality of the patties ‘The quality is great as well, each time we get the perfect crust, knowing the flavours awesome.’
